Shiraz has the wonderful ability to make wines which are pretty and perfumed, (the Stardust) , and at the same time full bodied and powerful, (the Muscle!).

In this case we combined rich warm fruit from Tait Hamiltons’s vineyard in Heatchcote, with the more perfumed Shiraz from the Gentle Annie vineyard in Central Victoria to boost the pretty red fruit and violet note.
