Made from Glera grapes, the fruit for this wine was grown on Sarah Gough’s Box Grove Vineyard, near Avenel in Central Victoria.

The wine has a pale straw colour, delicate pear and white floral aromatics, but the real joy is in the frothy bubbles and fresh zippy palate!
