Citrus and blossom aromatics. Fresh acidity and extraordinary length of flavour.
On the palate it feels crips and refreshing. The wine will have two loves – first as a young zippy refreshing wine, then over four to eight years will evolve to show a golden colour and toasty bottle aged complexity.
Different, and for me both are delicious!
The Fruit for this wine was grown on the cool Yarradindi vineyard near Murrindindi and the beautiful Cathedral Range in Central Victoria.
Today this wine has a pale straw colour and aromas of citrus, and orange blossom
Freshly shucked oysters with lemon.
