Pale salmon pink colour, restrained aromatics of potpourri and wild strawberry. On the palate the wine has a freshness & crunch
TheVictorian label provides winemaker Sam Plunkett with the opportunity to showcase wines from his home state of Victoria.
Grenache has two personalities – it makes a powerful, high alcohol big reds and is also the most refreshing Rosé like this one.
To make Rosé, the grapes are pressed soon after picking to remove the juice from the pigment rich skins.
This wine shows delicate berry flavours and a pretty potpourri aromatic as well.
Serve it chilled, and drink as a bright fresh youngster!
Food is optional! But tasty with melon and prosciutto.
