On the palate the wine has a fresh and bright tasting mid strength Rose.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan class=\"ql-color-#1c1c1c\"\u003eThe grapes were grown on Carrillo Gartners Booroola vineyard, in the cool Strathbogie Ranges of Central Victoria. We kept the juice in contact with the red primitivo grape skins just long enough to pick up the palest pink colour, and went on to make the full strength parent wine in the normal way. Then just before bottling we used an amazing machine to remove some of the alcohol.
